Hi everyone - I thought I had done an introduction a week or so ago but I don't see it now so here goes.....

I am Brenda. I'm a native to Arizona although I did take a detour and live in Maine in the 90's. I just turned 38 and have decided this is my year to shine.

I married the love of my life in April 2006. My husband and I have actually known each other since I was 4 and he was 16. He worked for my dads company when he was a teenager and is best friends with my big brother. So after we both ended up divorced about the same time 4 years ago and kept bumping into each other at happy hours and such, we became a couple and the rest is history as they say.

Between us we have three kids. Brendan 15, Avery 15 and Tiffany 25. We also have a firecracker of a granddaughter Arianna who is 3.

I was an Area Vice President for an insurance network for several years and in mid 2005 I bailed out of corporate America and I have never looked back.

The catalyst for the change in my career was my sons medical needs and the fact that we travel to Boston 2 to 4 times per year to see doctors at Harvard and so my kid is a full-time job really. And this month we added home schooling to our busy agenda.

My primary focus right now is split between my insurance consulting business that I own and getting my Tastefully Simple business up and functioning so I can let the insurance business go if at all possible.
