Tips when calling your leads...


The leads are coming in...

When you recieve a lead.. act on it immediately. This person is interested..so if you dont call them..your competitor will!

Make sure you have enthusiasm in your voice when you call them!Smile as you speak to them.The lead will pick up on the inflection in your voice and respond to it.

Make sure you they know that you are happy to help them. The potential customer will have questions. Be ready.

Also I would  suggest standing during calls in order to give your voice authority and energy.

Remember..

When you receive a lead, act on it immediately, Smile, let your customer know that you are happy to work with them, speak clearly and avoid interruptions, and watch your sales productivity increase!
